So Fast 30 latex screed is a Premium high-strength, rapid drying and setting, two-part smoothing compound. It consists of a Portland cement-free powder component containing a blend of special binders and carefully graded aggregates and fillers and a pre-weighed gauging liquid polymer dispersion.
The two components are mixed to produce a fluid smoothing underlayment for the preparation of cementitious sub floors prior to the laying of vinyl, carpet or Ceramic tiles. Its rapid drying formulation enables it to be walked on in approximately 30 – 45 minutes and facilitates the laying of most unbonded materials in 45 – 60 minutes.
So Fast 30 – latex screed can be applied at thicknesses between 2 and 15mm.
